this is still early game, why worry so much about a meta that won't be relevant for months or almost a year for now, just pull for the characters you like, I think Jane is cool, maybe she's not that faster than c6 Billy but I'm sure she doesn't need perfect artifacts and perfected playstyle like Billy to achieve the same result which makes her more comfortable to play if you like her playstyle

i have like 42k polychrome and 34 encrypted tapes saved up, i can easily get jane but she doesnt look that much better than 4 stars so im being smart and saving those for a better dps or a support, and wait for the actual powercreep, where one limited dps is better than all the other limited dps
your the one who should use ur brain, why pull for 1.0 era DPS, when they are not leagues ahead of the 4 star alternatives, use that monkey brain of yours and save for a limited support, like the Kazuha of this game, and save for the 2.0 DPS since the 4 stars in this game are already insane especially since this shiyu defense is still a joke wait for the future shiyu defense when it becomes really hard and pull the better DPS in 2.0 than waste now for a only slight improvement
every c6 limited is better than c6 4 star duh but at c0 and especially with f2p engine on jane, she aint that much better than c6 billy, but sure keep coping that she is leagues ahead, i bet ur own jane cant even clear faster the billy
And a buff in shiyu defense that benefits anomaly more.
also janes fastest clear time at m0 without 5 star limited mindspaces is 34 seconds and still needs her sig engine, m6 seth and m0 rina with her sig or m6 lucy, yeah sure just for a slight faster clear than billy run no thanks.
we compare M6 4 star and m0 5 star that's the usual metric in genshin and the fact that a 4 star performs similar to a m0 5 star u know that 5 star is not worth. Pulling Jane when the 4 star option is already there is just stupid. The only one that's worth pulling is like a cracked support or a DPS that does not have an alternative 4 star which is zhu yuan

Also, why bother with a FULLY "F2P" team recommendation? Are you only going to recommend characters that you can get without pulling literally ever? You have to pull to get the limited character in the first place! Wouldn't it be much more helpful to have a "F2P friendly" recommendation instead? One of her best teams is Seth and Lucy, you probably got Seth pulling on her banner and there's a good chance you already have Lucy. Use yer brains

Thats c6 billy with c6 supports and c6 chars are strong here cuz c5 gives here 4 lvl every skill more than c0(c0 12lvl max, c6 16lvl max) and 4 lvls is huge buff, in GI and HSR c5 gives only 2 lvls more. So c0 jane is still stronger then c6 billy and c6 jane probably ate billy for breakfest. This tier list is for c0 chars ;)
once the shiyu defense buff for anomaly changes
she only seems better cuz shiyu defense favors anomaly more, at best she may be just a slight upgrade over billy, but not a night and day difference.
at best jane with sig can clear like what 15-20 seconds faster compared to a billy which is considered the worst dps, yeah fk that spending a pity for her and her engine for a 15-20 sec faster clear time lmao, oh and this shiyu defense buffs anomaly much more than crit dps like billy, so
and billy can clear the physical resistant robot on the second side with less than 1 min too
