Shes pretty worthless as a hyper carry. If seth is your only teammate with her then you might as well leave her lvl1 with nekomata
as someone who recently got Jane from the rerun banner, she is EXTREMELY strong. Especially with a good support character like Astra yao or even Nicole. She also works even better with more off-field anomalies like Vivian or burnice. TLDR: Jane Doe is tier zero
Disorder is a very piwerful mechaninc and Jane is able to utilize that effect just as well as any other anomaly unit, in fact she is even better than she used to be due to a larger range of options. I highly reccomend her to be placed at teir 0.

move her back to tier 0 cuz she still wipes the floor just as much as before.
Her playstyle specialty is always a Dodge Skill to unleash Phantom Attacks. Maxed em out and she's the beast.
Jane and Seth are highly best combo in synergy. Without Seth, Jane cannot follow-up assist and stays vulnerable to keep attacking even without shields. Officer Cui is compatible with this team.
