i have like 42k polychrome and 34 encrypted tapes saved up, i can easily get jane but she doesnt look that much better than 4 stars so im being smart and saving those for a better dps or a support, and wait for the actual powercreep, where one limited dps is better than all the other limited dps

also janes fastest clear time at m0 without 5 star limited mindspaces is 34 seconds and still needs her sig engine, m6 seth and m0 rina with her sig or m6 lucy, yeah sure just for a slight faster clear than billy run no thanks.

Thats c6 billy with c6 supports and c6 chars are strong here cuz c5 gives here 4 lvl every skill more than c0(c0 12lvl max, c6 16lvl max) and 4 lvls is huge buff, in GI and HSR c5 gives only 2 lvls more. So c0 jane is still stronger then c6 billy and c6 jane probably ate billy for breakfest. This tier list is for c0 chars ;)

at best jane with sig can clear like what 15-20 seconds faster compared to a billy which is considered the worst dps, yeah fk that spending a pity for her and her engine for a 15-20 sec faster clear time lmao, oh and this shiyu defense buffs anomaly much more than crit dps like billy, so

and billy can clear the physical resistant robot on the second side with less than 1 min too
