To unlock this commission, send Billy an invitation through DMs. Afterwards, Billy will ask where the two of you will meet.
Select Let's go to Bardic Needle to initiate this commission, as selecting How about Godfinger? will begin Arcade Ace instead.
After accepting the commission, Billy can be found by standing beside the entrance of Bardic Needle. Complete the conversation with Billy to finish the commission.
