How to Get

  1. Progress the Time to Evening
  2. Head to the Alley beside HIA Club
  3. Rewire Slackerboo

Progress Time to Evening

To start, progress the in-game time to Morning. You can do so by re-doing an easy Combat Commission, farming for materials via the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.

Head to the Alley beside HIA Club

From Lumina Square's Pedestrian Area, walk to the nearby HIA Club building and check the alley to its right.
