Progress Time to Evening

To start, progress the in-game time to Evening. You can do this by re-doing easy Commissions, farming in the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.

Talk to Laboorinth

Laboorinth is a black Bangboo that can be found in the middle of the alley facing God Finger Arcade and besides Waterfall Soup.
