Phase 9 Story Walkthrough
Phase 9
| Objectives | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Travel to the Yugiri Great Bridge in Mizuhagawa Disctrict to begin the phase. |
| 2 | Defeat the enemies in the first area then proceed to the next floor. |
| 3 | Proceed further to reach an elevator and face Kodama and Yuta Melone |
| Boss Fight |  Boss Battle: Yuta and Kodama Melone |
| 4 | After the battle and a cinematic, travel back to Suoh City to continue the phase and travel to the Arahabaki Secure Site. |
| 5 | Proceed to further into the site and unlock the first gate. |
| 6 | Continue further down the bridge until you reach the objective marker. Use Hypervelocity on the gate to reach the next area. |
| 7 | You will reach another gate, defeat the enemies and use your SAS to lower the bridge to unlock the second gate. |
| 8 | The switch of the third gate is on the left side. Activate to unlock it. |
| 9 | Continue forward and defeat more enemies to proceed further. The next objective is at the Worship Hall. |
| 10 | Proceed to the center of the area to find the switch that unlocks the 4th gate. |
| 11 | Proceed to the right of that switch and use Hypervelocity to reach the switch to the 5th gate. |
| 12 | Reach the higher platform to unlock the switch to the 6th gate. |
| 13 | After unlocking the last gate, you will face the Dispen Fisher |

| 14 | After defeating the boss, go back to Suoh City to trigger the Standy phase and end of phase |
Phase 9: Standby Phase Available Bonds
Standby Phase 9: Shiden Ritten Bond Episode 4
After returning to the Hideout, Standby Phase 9 will begin and Yuito Platoon will now be part of the hideout roster. Speak to Shiden Ritter to begin his Bond Episode 4.
Standby Phase 9: Kagero Donne Bond Episode 4
After returning to the Hideout, Standby Phase 9 will begin and Yuito Platoon will now be part of the hideout roster. Speak to Kagero Donne to begin his Bond Episode 4.
Standby Phase 9: Yuito Sumeragi Bond Episode 3
After returning to the Hideout, Standby Phase 9 will begin and Yuito Platoon will now be part of the hideout roster. Speak to Yuito Sumeragi to begin his Bond Episode 3.
Standby Phase 9: Hanabi Ichijo Bond Episode 3
After returning to the Hideout, Standby Phase 9 will begin and Yuito Platoon will now be part of the hideout roster. Speak to Hanabi Ichijo to begin her Bond Episode 3.

After returning to the Hideout, Standby Phase 9 will begin and Yuito Platoon will now be part of the hideout roster. Speak to Luka Travers to begin his Bond Episode 3.

How to Beat Kodama and Yuta Melone
This battle is against the twins Yuta and Kodama Melone. Similar to their previous battles, they possess similar combat abilities and SAS skills.
Use Hypervelocity to Catch Up
Yuta and Kodama are fast, which is why using Hypervelocity is a great ability to use to find ways to damage them.
Dispen Fisher

The Dispen Fisher is a Major Other that has strong water attacks and a notable weak spot that can be damaged using your Psychokinesis.
Lure it to the Ceiling
When it goes up the ceiling, you can use your SAS to make it drop and crash, allowing you to stun it and deal damage.

Use Hypervelocity on the Gates
The gates in this phase can only be passed through using Hypervelocity. Use it to travel quickly and get to the new sections.
