|Enemy Type||Ailments Inflicted|
From a distance, Saliva Santas can shoot you with a torrent of water that it sweeps from side to side – a successful hit from which can knock you the ground. Due to the sweeping nature of the attack, it is possible for you to get hit twice if you have bad positioning against the creature.
Approaching the Saliva Santa while it can see you will cause it to hide inside of its impenetrable box, which is impossible to cause damage against. Sticking near this box will cause the creature to suddenly burst out water, which causes minor damage, but can inflict you with the Soaked Status Ailment.
In order to get close to a Saliva Santa without causing it to hide, you'll need to use either Hypervelocity or Invisibility. Managing to hit its Weak Spot on its front while either Ability is active will cause it to fall to the ground, stunned. From there, it proves to be weak against melee attacks, which allows you to quickly eliminate it.
