The Dispen Fisher deals a water gun attack that knocks you back and ands a wet status effect. Avoid this attack, as you will be down for a number of seconds, leaving you vulnerable to attack.
When the Dispen Fisher is on the ceiling, it will launch a number of fishes that will pursue you. Use Hypervelocity to steer clear away from them and stay healthy.
Electrokinesis deals high damage against the Dispen Fisher because of its water based attacks. You this SAS to deal the most damage during the fight.

After breaking it's weakpoint on its back using Psychokinesis, the Dispen Fisher goes up the Ceiling to attack. Break the ceilings using your SAS and drop the Dispen Fisher to deal high damage.
The Dispen Fisher uses water attacks, which makes it vulnerable to Electrokinesis. Take advantage of this to stun and deal more damage.
