Kyoka's primary attack is a ranged crossbow strike. This has a wide arc and long range, so make sure you avoid getting hit by using Hypervelocity.
After using her Brain Drive, her crossbow attacks are enhanced, giving her wider attack arcs. Once again, use Hypervelocity to avoid these attacks.
The speed you gain from Hypervleocity allows you to dodge attacks effectively, while having a short window of dealing damage freely. Use this to counter Kyoka, and you can take her down quickly.

Hypervelocity gives you a massive speedboost. This allows you to easily dodge Kyoka's attacks especially when she duplicates into 3 copies.
Invisibility is also a great ability to use against Kyoka. This allows you to disappear and deal critical hits to her. The goal is to deplete the Crush Gauge. Use Kagero's Invisibility to easily make all your attacks more effective.
