When playing for more than a few hours on Scarlet Nexus, it is possible to encounter a bug in-game where either the enemy's Health Bar, Crush Gauge, or both do not appear when engaging Others in combat. This particular bug is not exclusive to just one platform, and can occur at random, making it difficult to know what the enemy's status is within your conflict.
The only remedy that can fix this bug is by reloading your game. Simply save your progress if you are afraid of losing all that you've managed to do until the bug appears, and navigate back to the Main Title Screen by way of the pause menu.
From there, simply reload your save file and play on, with enemies now having Health Bars and Crush Gauges.
