Yuito is a fast character and his attacks are the central focus of his gameplay. Focusing on increasing his number of attacks and damage are the best way to strengthen Yuito as a character. Skills like Attack Up and Power Up are placed higher than his other skills..
While Kasane also benefits from damage, her skillset is more focused on using Psychokinesis due to her slower attack's nature. While it is true that she can hit enemies at a wider range than Yuito, making use of her psychokinesis skills works better for Kasane.
