The upper Harabah floors consists of 199 until 226F. They can be found randomly in chests within the Harabah Block and beyond.

Get from Chests in Monad Doors

Prime Nihil Cloth can be found within Monad Door chests. Monad Doors appear randomly and contains powerful enemies guarding them.

They will also disappear when you don't access them and you move to different floors, so make sure to access them immediately while being prepared first in order to get the chest rewards inside.
