Raise the MTZ-762 to Level 23

Modern Warfare 3 - JAK Heretic Carbine Kit Unlock Condition

To unlock the JAK Heretic Carbine Kit, you will first need to raise the MTZ-762 to its max level of 23. Once maxed out, you will be able to view the attachment challenge for this Conversion Kit.

Do note that getting to max level is required either way as Aftermarket Part Conversion Kits can only be equipped once you have mastered its compatible weapon.

Get 25 Kills While Moving and Aiming Down Sights

Upon reaching the related gun's max level, you will need to get 25 kills while moving and aiming down sights (ADS) with the MTZ-762. On completion, the attachment will become available for you to equip via the Gunsmith.
