The JAK Devastators allows you to dual-wield the Reclaimer 18 shotgun. This technically speeds up the weapon's fire rate but removes the ability to ADS (Aim-Down-Sights), resulting in poor inaccurate shots at medium range. On the plus side, you will be able to decimate your foes quickly at close-quarters combat.
