Players can get the JAK Patriot by completing 5 Week 7 Challenges in MW3 Multiplayer or Zombies. The JAK Patriot will be added to your available attachments once you have 5 completed challenges from one of the game modes.

The JAK Patriot is a full conversion kit for the M16. When equipped, it transforms the M16 from a 3-burst gun into a fully-automatic rifle. Not only that, but it also improves recoil and stability, allowing you to mow down your enemies from long-range.
