The fastest way to loot 3 safes for the Hostile Takeover mission is to complete Raid Weapon Stash Contracts. This is the fastest and easiest way of finding safes on the map. Simply look for the Raid Weapon Stash contract icon after opening the map.
 Mercenary Strongholds |
Mercenary Strongholds will also have a loot safe objective to complete the stronghold. However, we do not recommend this activity for progressing the Hostile Takeover mission, as it takes longer to complete because you need to obtain stronghold keycards first and is way harder due to the mercenaries attacking you.
How to Get Stronghold Keycards Fast
Interact with the safe to start drilling it. You will have to defend your location from multiple enemies that will spawn to attack you.
Raid Stash Contracts will only have zombies to attack you, while Mercenary Strongholds will have both zombies and mercenaries attack; making it a harder activity.
