Shortly after the segment where you must shoot a giant fan that is sucking you in, you will scale down the pipes, climb up a ladder, and then take an elevator up. The Key Mold will be in a room just beyond the elevator.
Key Mold Use
Take the Key Mold back to the Foundry. Use the Casting Machine to produce Heisenberg's Key. With it, you can open doors with Heisenberg's Insignia on them.
