Luiza's Necklace is found on her property after it burns down. This treasure is accessible after escaping Castle Dimitrescu. Inspecting the necklace more closely will reveal that there is more to Luiza's Heirloom.

In one of the halls alongside The Lone Road, there is a chest. Use Luiza's Key to unlock the chest. Luiza's true Heirloom is Cesare's Goblet, found in the Lone Road.
Immediately after escaping Castle Dimitrescu and taking the Head Flask to the Altar, we strongly recommend you go back to the Village to get Luiza's Heirloom.
Follow the path back to Luiza's House in the Fallow Plot. There will be Samca flying above the field. Use your F2 Rifle to shoot them down and continue up the path until you get to Luiza's House.
If for some reason, you decided to visit Moreau's Reservoir before getting this treasure, you are in for a fight. Upon visiting the field by Luiza's house, you will encounter the Varcolac Alfa. Loot the Crystal Ancient Beast after killing it and head on to get the necklace.
By the stairs, you will find a small chest. Examine it to find Luiza's Necklace. Examining the necklace further allows you to extract the Necklace Stone Examining it a second time reveals another Key Item, Luiza's Key.

It's just a cut above your typical Varcolac, except more resistant to bullets and packs a meaner hit. Use the houses before Luiza's House as safe spots. Place mines outside the houses and lure the Varcolac Alfa by aggravating it.
