After defeating Daniela in the Library and obtaining the Mask of Joy from the Hall of Joy, you enter a room with a daunting portrait of Lady Dimitrescu.
The 5 Bells Puzzle is in the Atelier on the second floor of Castle Dimitrescu. Lady Dimitrescu will not follow you into the Atelier giving you ample time to solve this puzzle.

The 5 Bells Puzzle has a clue in the room. The painting at the center of the room has a note telling you that 5 bells must be rung to solve the puzzle.
