The Piano Puzzle is on the first floor of the Opera Hall in Castle Dimitrescu. Solving the puzzle consists of playing 10 notes to unlock a secret compartment and gain a Key Item from the piano.

To solve the Piano Puzzle, press the keys designated to these numbers in this order:
8 - 5 - 7 - 6 - 6 - 9 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 10
