The Anniversary Present Challenge, or Anniversary Present for short, is one of the Challenges in Resident Evil Village. The challenge is to have 52,911 Lei in your possession at a single point in the story.
How to Get Anniversary Present Trophy
If it's your first playthrough of the game, completing the Anniversary Present challenge will prove to be difficult since it's hard to manipulate the prices of the items you can buy or sell from The Duke. Fortunately, if you've successfully unlocked Infinite Ammo for certain guns, this makes things easier to achieve.
Save your Game
Before attempting to get the Anniversary Present Trophy, we highly recommend you make a manual save. This way, you can repeat the process as many times as it takes if you made a miscalculation. This also acts as a safety net, so you don't have to part with your Lei, weapons, or items.
Clear Your Purse
The first objective you want to accomplish is completely using up all your Lei. You can achieve this in different ways; buying First Aid Med from The Duke since its prices go higher with each purchase, or buying guns and upgrading them completely also flushes out Lei.
Clear Your Inventory
If you decide to buy items instead of weapons, clear your Inventory if it gets full. Before talking to The Duke, discard sellable items in your Inventory. Doing this ensures that you are not adding more Lei to your purse. The Duke buys any item you discard while doing a transaction.
Items to Sell
If you successfully managed to clean out your purse, take note of these particular items. These are your best options at getting the Anniversary Present trophy.

Sell the GM 79, 10 Sniper Rifle Ammo, a First Aid Med, 6 Handgun Ammo, and 3 Rifle Ammo to get exactly 52,911 Lei in your Inventory.
Reload Your Previous Save
After getting the Anniversary Present trophy, quit your game and reload the manual save you made before attempting the challenge. All your items and Lei will be back in your possession, but you get to keep the CP you earned for completing the challenge.
