Resident Evil Village is already available for pre-order! Check out our guide on how to get your copy of the game reserved early.
Pete Fabiano, a producer of Resident Evil Village, has announced that the game will be available on both current and previous generation consoles as well as PC.
The game is currently scheduled to be released on May 7, 2021 for all available platforms.

Resident Evil Village also has a new set of characters who the player can meet inside Castle Dimitrescu.
Resident Evil Village also introduces a new combat mechanic where you can guard against enemy attacks. It was also shown that there will be environmental traps like Red Barrels which the player can utilize during combat.
Resident Evil Village's inventory system is similar to Resident Evil 4. They have added a crafting mechanic in order to create items such as First Aid and Ammo. You can also find a good assortment of weapons to utilize in the game.
The merchant returns as a new character, The Duke. You can talk to him to buy some items and weapons and also upgrade your current weapons.
Resident Evil Village also add multiple breakable objects which the player can break with their knife to find items inside.
Resident Evil Village also has extra objectives similar to the Mr. Charlie statues of the Resident Evil 3 Remake.
During the showcase, it was revealed that players who own a PS5 will have access to an exclusive demo that will showcase the game's graphcis.

Tsuyoshi Kanda, a producer of Resident Evil Village has revealed their new multiplayer game, Resident Evil Re:Verse. Check out our guide below to know more about this game and how to register for the closed beta testing.
The showcase also revealed that there is a collaboration with Tom Clancy's: The Division 2 where players can get multiple Resident Evil themed items when they play The Division 2.
Finally the showcase revealed that they will be releasing a CG Animated film about Claire and Leon set a few years after Resident Evil 4 where they are once again caught up in another zombie outbreak.
