Unstoppable Achievement Guide

What is the Unstoppable Challenge?

The Unstoppable challenge is one of the Challenges in Resident Evil Village. Completing this challenge will prove to be difficult on your first playthrough, but on your New Game+, it becomes more doable with the right weapons.

How to Get the Unstoppable Trophy?

Unlock Infinite Ammo

Unlocking Infinite Ammo for your chosen weapon will be the first thing on your to-do list in completing this challenge. Having infinite ammo unlocked raises your chances of surviving because you won't have to search for bullets as you take down Lycans that swarm over you.

How to Unlock Infinite Ammo

Recommended Weapons

Weapon	Reason
W870 TAC	The W870 is superior to the M1897 in all aspects. When used in the right angle, it's capable of taking two Lycans at once.
GM 79	The explosive power is enough to take out the other Lycans that spawn before Urias' arrival.

Play Aggressively

The house where you get the M1897 shotgun on your first playthrough is an optimum location to try and accomplish this challenge. You can opt out of barricading the door and just let them come to you. Use your GM 79 to take out multiple Lycans at once because the Lycan attack is a time-based event.

Funnel Enemies to You

Making a stand in this house is your best strategy to not get overwhelmed by the Lycans. There is only one entrance and unlike other houses, the Lycans do not enter through the windows of this house. Aim for the door entrance and pick off the Lycan numbers until you reach 30. The house will also provide cover from the archers, preventing the scripted cut scene from starting until you exit the house or get attacked.

Take to the Roofs

If you feel that Lycans are not spawning fast enough, go to the house with the ladder going to the roof. Take your attack to the roof. Use the GM 79 and the W870 alternatively; the GM 79 for enemy groups in the distance, the W870 for enemies that manage to close in on your position.
