Donna does not directly confront you, only showing up briefly for a time when you see each other face to face after escaping from the Monster Baby. Instead, she will use her puppet Angie to engage with you in a game of Cat & Mouse.
Angie the doll is what you'll be searching for throughout the remainder of the "fight" between you and Donna. You must simply look for the doll, allowing Ethan to stab it with the scissors obtained from the encounter with the Monster Baby.
Once Angie has been stabbed once, it will disappear and hide, forcing you to go after it. You can look at markings of blood on the walls to figure out where it is.
Every once in a while, you will notice the dolls around you begin to act strangely. Stay away from them. Straying too close or retreading the same area you've already been in for the search for Angie will result in them stabbing you for great damage.
There are no weapons that can be used in this "fight," as it mostly involves you just finding the doll Angie in order to stab it with your knife.
