Resident Evil RE:Verse is a free game included with Resident Evil 8 and was created to celebrate Resident Evil's 25th anniversary. This online multiplayer game will have anywhere from four to six players fight in a survival deathmatch!
Players can choose iconic characters from across the series with unique weapons and abilities. Take revenge after you die by transforming into a terrifying bioweapon and earn a few more points. The player with the most points at the end of the 5-minute deathmatch wins!
While the full version of Resident Evil Re:Verse will be included when purchasing Resident Evil Village, an open beta version of Re:Verse is accesible to all PS4/PS5, Xbox (One/Series X/S), and PC gamers for free, as long as you have registered for a Capcom ID. Note that for Playstation and Xbox gamers, a Playstation Plus or Xbox Live membership is required to play.
