Before knowing who Heisenberg is, it is important to know the clues surrounding him first. Here we will be explaining multiple clues shown in the trailers as to why we think the man in the hat and trench coat is Heisenberg.
The first clue is the conversation of Lady Dimitrescu during a call with "Mother Miranda".
"Mother Miranda, I regret to inform you that Ethan Winters has escaped that fool Heisenberg. Because he is in my castle, and has already proven too much for my daughters to handle."
This phrase implies that Ethan Winters has already encountered Heisenberg sometime before this call and has escaped. It is possible he encountered him in the village.
During the Gameplay Trailer of the Resident Evil Showcase, Lady Dimitrescu says another line that suggests that Heisenberg might be her little brother.
"Well well Ethan Winters. You escaped my little brother's idiot games did you?"
This phrase implies that Heisenberg is Lady Dimitrescu's little brother and that he had perhaps already captured Ethan once.
This could also suggest that Heisenberg is a supernatural being since Lady Dimitrescu is a Vampire herself which brings us to the next clues below.
It is shown in multiple trailers that there is a giant werewolf chasing Ethan around the village. With all the clues stated earlier, this werewolf is most likely to be Heisenberg.
Because Lady Dimitrescu is implied to be a vampire-like supernatural being, it is likely that her brother would also be a similar being. In this case, her brother would be a Lycan, or werewolf.
Being a werewolf, they should also have a human form. The mysterious man shown in multiple trailers is most likely the Human Form of the werewolf Heisenberg.
The current evidence connecting the mysterious man to the giant werewolf is that they both wear the same style of clothes and they both use large hammers as their weapon of choice.
