This is a list of key items in Resident Evil Village.

Item Description
Animal SkullAnimal Skull An animal skull removed from its mount. There are protrusions on the back.
Location: Obtained by examining the Mounted Animal Skull found in the armory.
Arms FlaskArms Flask A glass container with the mermaid crest. It has a label with Rose's name and the word "arms."
Location: Obtained when first encountering Moreau in the Resevoir area.
Ball MoldBall Mold A mold for creating a ball using cast iron.
Location: Found in the area just after the Grinder Shaft, but just before the Ventilation Duct area of Heisenberg's Factory. Move the cart near the wall to enter a ventilation duct. Crawl through to the next room to obtain the Ball Mold.
Blood Covered RingBlood Covered Ring A ring taken from a doll's finger. It's filthy with blood.
Location: Obtained from the doll in the Beneviento House.
Boat KeyBoat Key A key needed to start the motorboat.
Location: From the boat's location go back into the mines and take a left up the stairs. Use the knife to knock down the wood marked by the yellow tape. Take the ladder down and continue to the old shack to get the boat key.
Bolt CuttersBolt Cutters A tool for cuttting chains.
Location: Found in the house of the old man who gives you the LEMI handgun.
Brass MedallionBrass Medallion A circular medallion found inside a doll's chest. There's a geometric symbol engraved into it.
Location: Obtained by using the Scissors on the doll's chest in the Beneviento House.
Breaker Box KeyBreaker Box Key A key from the bottom of a well.
Location: Found at the bottom of the well in the Beneviento House.
Broken SlabBroken Slab There's something written on this slab, but part of it is missing.
Location: Found in the Graveyard near the center of the village after clearing the Beneviento House.
Cog MoldCog Mold A mold for creating a cog using cast iron.
Location: Found in the area beyond the door you used the Relief of a Horse on. It's beyond the backup generator behind a door with two glowing lights.
Courtyard KeyCourtyard Key A key for the door from the castle's dining hall to the courtyard.
Location: Found after putting the bottle of Sanguis Virginis in the Silver Flower Bottle Stand in the Wine Room on the second floor.
CrankCrank A large crank used to turn windmills.
Location: Found on the windmill in the Resevoir during the Moreau escape segment. This item is required to progress, so it's unmissable.
Demon CrestDemon Crest A piece of a relief with a carving of a terrible demon.
Location: Found outside of Luiza's house. Use the Screwdriver to access it.
DimitrescuDimitrescu's Key A key decorated with a flow and swords motif.
Location: Found in Dimitrescu's Private Chambers.
Dirty FlaskDirty Flask A glass container with the flower and swords crest.
Location: Obtained after defeating Lady Dimitrescu.
Family PhotoFamily Photo A picture of Mia and Rose.
Location: Already owned.
FilmFilm A cut of movie film taken from inside a doll's mouth.
Location: Obtained by using the Tweezers to pull the Film from the doll's mouth in the Beneviento House.
Flower Swords BallFlower Swords Ball A ball made of metal decorated with a flower and swords.
Location: Found on the second floor of the opera house. To enter the Opera House you will need Dimitrescu's Key.
Four-Winged KeyFour-Winged Key A key decorated with a bird with four unfurled wings.
Location: Obtained in the house with the red chimney.
Four-Winged Unborn KeyFour-Winged Unborn Key A key decorated with a four-winged unborn being.
Location: Obtained after clearing the Beneviento House.
FuseFuse Fuse from the bedroom breaker box.
Location: Found in the bedroom of the Beneviento House after using the Relief of a Child on the door with a depression in it.
GiantGiant's Chalice Giant stone chalice that fits into a pedestal.
Location: Obtained from the Altar near the Duke after putting each of the four flasks in.
Head FlaskHead Flask A glass container with the flower and swords crest. It has a label with Rose's name and the word "head."
Location: Obtained after defeating Lady Dimitrescu and speaking with the Duke.
HeisenbergHeisenberg's Key A factory key made of cast iron.
Location: Made in the foundry using the Key Mold.
Iron Horse BallIron Horse Ball A ball made of metal decorated with a horse and horseshoe.
Location: Made in the foundry using the Ball Mold.
Iron Insignia KeyIron Insignia Key A small worn key. Seems to have been used a lot.
Location: Obtain after solving the piano puzzle in the Opera Hall.
Jack HandleJack Handle A handle needed to operate a jack lift.
Location: Found in the shack North of the workshop in the village in a locked cabinet. Enter the code seen from the window to open it.
Key MoldKey Mold A mold for creating a key using cast iron.
Location: Obtained on floor B1 of Heisenberg's Factory. Found in a room after you have to shoot a fan that is sucking you in. Take the elevator up, and there will be a case containing the Key Mold.
Large CogLarge Cog A cast iron cog used for some kind of machine.
Location: Made in the Foundry with the Cog Mold.
Legs FlaskLegs Flask A glass container with the sun and moon crest. It has a label with Rose's name and the word "legs."
Location: Obtained after clearing the Beneviento House.
LuizaLuiza's Key The key from Luiza's necklace.
Location: Obtained from inspecting the Necklace with Key after looking at Luiza's Necklace closer.
LuizaLuiza's Necklace The necklace Luiza was wearing. It's dry with ash.
Location: Found by returning to Luiza's House after Castle Dimitrescu.
LuthierLuthier's Key The key for Luthier's house on the west side of the village.
Location: Obtained in the house to the right side of the path on the way to the Beneviento House. It will be next to the typewriter.
Maiden CrestMaiden Crest A piece of a relief with a carving of a beautiful maiden.
Location: Found in the church shortly after entering the village.
Maroon EyeMaroon Eye A bloodred gemstone in the shape of an evil eye.
Location: Found on a statue after crawling through a tunnel shortly after exiting the Bedchamber and examining the Maroon Eye Ring.
Maroon Eye RingMaroon Eye Ring An eye-shaped gem is loosely set in this ring. It looks like it will come out with some effort.
Location: Found on a statue after crawling through a tunnel shortly after exiting the Bedchamber.
Mask of JoyMask of Joy A stone mask found near the castle's library. The face is overcome with joy.
Location: Found in the Hall of Joy after defeating the Daughter of Dimitresscu.
Mask of PleasureMask of Pleasure A stone mask found on the second floor. The face is glowing with satisfaction.
Location: Found in the Hall of Pleasure. Examine the Mounted Animal Skull to obtain the Animal Skull. Take the Mask of Pleasure and replace it with the Animal Skull to escape.
Mask of RageMask of Rage A stone mask found on the castle's roof. The face expresses insurmountable rage.
Location: Found on the rooftop after ziplining down.
Mask of SorrowMask of Sorrow A stone mask found in the castle's cellar. The face looks incredibly grieved.
Location: Found after escaping from Lady Dimitrescu in the Dungeon.
Mermaid BallMermaid Ball A ball made of metal decorated with a mermaid.
Location: After obtaining the crank, go back to the mechanical door near the windmill. Use the crank to open the door, follow the path and cross the narrow wooden walkway. The mermaid ball will be on an altar to your left.
Mounted Animal SkullMounted Animal Skull The skull of an animal mounted on a wooden board.
Location: Found in the Armory.
Necklace with KeyNecklace with Key Luiza's necklace with the jewel removed revealed a key inside.
Location: Obtained after inspecting Luiza's Necklace.

Location: After the Stronghold boss fight, continue to follow the passageway and you will find this item in a small dungeon area.

Relief MoldRelief Mold A mold for creating a relief using cast iron.
Location: Found in the room past the Foundry with an inactive Soldat that activates upon taking the Relief Mold.
Relief of a ChildRelief of a Child A relief found inside the elevator hallway breaker box. It looks like a child.
Location: Obtained by using the Breaker Box Key on the Breaker Box in the Beneviento House.
Relief of a HorseRelief of a Horse A relief of a horse made from cast iron.
Location: Made in the Foundry with the Relief Mold.
Sanguis VirginisSanguis Virginis A vintage bottle of wine ornamented with intricate silver flowers. It looks like it was bottled a long time ago.
Location: Found in the Kitchen after defeating the first of Dimitrescu's daughters.
ScissorsScissors Scissors for cutting hair. They're old but still usable.
Location: Obtained from a small doll in the Beneviento House.
ScrewdriverScrewdriver A screwdriver used to loosen or tighten screws.
Location: Found in a drawer in Luiza's garage. Examine the Truck Key to obtain.
Severed HandSevered Hand Your right hand that Dimitrescu cut off.
Location: Lost and regained in the segment where Dimitrescu chases you through the Dungeon area.
Silver KeySilver Key A silver key found inside a doll's shoulder.
Location: Obtained from the doll in the Beneviento House.
Six-Winged Unborn KeySix-Winged Unborn Key A key decorated with a six-winged unborn being.
Location: Obtained after defeating Moreau in the Resevoir.
Sun and Moon BallSun and Moon Ball A ball made of metal decorated with a sun and moon.
Location: On the path to the Beneviento House, take a left and there will be a house with a small graveyard next to it. On the grave will be a small box containing the Sun and Moon Ball.
Torso FlaskTorso Flask A glass container with the horse and horseshoe crest. It has a label with Rose's name and the word "torso."
Location: Obtained after defeating the boss of the Stronghold.
Treasure MapTreasure Map The fragment of a grubby treasure map.
Location: Found near the attic entrance.
Truck KeyTruck Key A key used to start the truck.
Location: Found in a drawer in Luiza's garage.
TweezersTweezers Medical Tweezers found inside a music box.
Location: Obtained by solving the music box puzzle in the Beneviento House.
Wedding RingWedding Ring A cleaned ring. It looks exactly like Mia's wedding ring.
Location: Obtained by washing the Blood Covered Ring you get from the doll in the Beneviento House.
Well WheelWell Wheel Wheel used for bringing up well buckets.
Location: Found in the shack just South of the house with the red chimney. Requires the Iron Insignia Key.
Winding KeyWinding Key A winding key found inside a doll's leg. It looks familiar...
Location: Obtained from the doll in the Beneviento House.
Winged KeyWinged Key A key decorated with a bird, its wings unfurled.
Location: Obtained after Castle Dimitrescu and talking with the old woman.
