How to Use Jack Baker

Jack Baker's Chainsaw Scissor Whirlwind is a very effective move since it has a wide range and deals good damage. It also knocks down human enemies, which you can then use the Welcome to the Family ability to score an easy kill. Jack Baker also has high HP and only requires one capsule, so that is also a nice perk.
