Location Obtained after defeating the boss of the Stronghold.

The Torso Flask can be found on top of a table by a television as you exit the Stronghold.

Torso Flask Use

Individually, the flasks cannot be used as is. Only after completing all four Flasks, can you rematerialize Rose in the Ceremony Site.
