Unlike the previous Balls, you will have to make this one yourself. As you progress through the Factory, you will enter the Grinding Shaft. At the top, proceed through to the next room where there is a crate that can be pushed aside. Crawl through the hole it was blocking to find a large chest with the Ball Mold inside.

Use the Iron Horse Ball to solve the final Labyrinth found on B4 of the Factory. The labyrinth is in the room opposite of the elevator that houses the Duke.
