Most enemies in both the Alliance and Frontline stages are weak to Physical. Since the tactical buff in this stage benefits Attribute Anomaly, building a team around Jane or Alice would be your best bet.
How to Beat Day 2 Anomaly Frontline
Inflict Attribute Anomaly
Thanks to the Tactical Buff in this stage, inflicting Attribute Anomaly will also apply 12% Daze to targets. Once enemies are stunned, they will have their Anomaly Buildup RES reduced by 50%, so be sure to try and inflict Attribute Anomaly as often as you can.
How to Beat Day 2 Anomaly Alliance
Gather Enemies Together
The stage starts off with you facing a group of Ethereals. Make it easier to take them out all at once by having them converge on one spot.
You can do this with proper positioning or by using abilities like Alice's Basic Attack: Starshine Waltz.
