The buff for Health Alliance and Frontline is specifically tailored to Agents that need to manage their own or their party members' HP during combat.

Therefore, Agents like Yidhari, Yixuan, and Manato who can manipulate HP at will are your best bets, especially when supported by Agents who restore HP such as Astra, Lucia, and Pan Yinhu.

How to Beat Day 5 Health Alliance

Allow Attacks from Enemies to Hit

Let Enemies Hit You

While the easiest way to take full advantage of this stage's buff is by using Agents like Yidhari who can decrease and increase their HP at will, the alternative way is to simply let enemies hit you to make room for HP restoration.

Then, use the skills of Agents who can heal such as Astra to restore HP and activate the buff. Just be careful not to let the enemies knock you unconscious.
