All enemies in the Alliance and Frontline stages are weak to both Ice and Ether, so prioritize using Agents with that attribute for a quick clear.
The tactical buff here is specifically for Hugo, and one of the stage's objective is to trigger Totalize a certain number of times, so prioritize deploying him above any other Agent.
How to Beat Day 3 Totalize Frontline
Stun the Elites and Prioritize Triggering Totalize
In order to clear Totalize Frontline easily, always make it a point to stun them constantly, then cancelling the Chain Attack and triggering Totalize by manually switching to Hugo and using either his EX Special Attack or Ultimate.
Most attacks of the Elites are perfectly parryable, so rely on Defensive Assists to deal massive Daze to them, especially with Lighter as he specializes in Defensive Assist follow-ups.
How to Beat Day 3 Totalize Alliance
Cancel Chain Attacks and Trigger Totalize Manually
A good rule of thumb in clearing this stage no problem is by not using Hugo's Chain Attack as it is too strong and can kill enemies before you can trigger Totalize.
Instead, always make it a point to cancel Chain Attacks, then switching to Hugo manually to trigger Totalize using his skills that do so.
