Lightstream Notes is a hangout event in Version 2.4 where Proxies can take Ye Shunguang out for a stroll all over New Eridu to make memories with her that she can put in her diary!

Day 1 - Flavors Down the Mountain
Speak with Ye Shunguang at Suibian Temple and agree to take her to Lumina Square. Meet your senior outside the Lumina Square Station and follow her as she explores the area until she stops at Dew Gardening.
Interact with Ye Shunguang again outside the shop and you will be tasked with gifting her some flowers.

Return to Suibian Temple after giving the flowers to Senior Ye Shunguang and read her diary.
Day 2 - Streets Down the Mountain
Meet up with Ye Shunguang near the entrance to Box Galaxy on Sixth Street. After speaking with her, explore Sixth Street with your senior until you get to Howl's newsstand.
Talk to Ye Shunguang again and Howl will send you on a Treasure Hunt after trying your luck with some scratch cards. Speak with your senior one more time after this exchange, then go searching for stools with smiley faces around Sixth Street.

Take a photo of each stool after finding them, then return to Howl. After claiming your prize, you will return to Suibian Temple where you can read Ye Shunguang's diary.
Day 3 - Scenes Down the Mountain
Just as you and your senior planned the day before, it is now time to watch a movie at Gravity Cinema together.
Meet with Ye Shunguang inside the cinema and discuss which movie she wants to watch, and she'll pick the movie Stray Paws. Agree to watch it with her, and prepare to engage in a rather familiar activity.

This minigame is very similar to that of the mechanics in the Gravitational Attraction event, in which you need to select the proper answers to raise your bond with the character you're watching with.
The answers above should get you to the Gravity Soulmates ranking, successfully fulfilling this day's objective. After the cutscenes, return to Ye Shunguang's room at Suibian Temple and read her diary to claim your rewards!

How to Play Lightstream Notes
Help Ye Shunguang Fill Out Her Journal
Your senior from the Yunkui Summit, Ye Shunguang, will finally get the rare chance to spend some time away from the mountains and roam the city. Because of this, she brought along a diary that she wishes to fill with memories.
Fulfill Shunguang's requests, take her to different scenic spots, and do various activities, such as arranging flowers at Dew Gardening and taking pictures, to help her fill her diary with memories!
