Bellicose Blaze has a passive CRIT Rate increase that is useful for any Attack Agent. However, its DEF bypass is tied exclusively to those who can deal Fire DMG via Aftershocks, which can only be done by Orphie and Magus thus far.

But do take note that in some cases such as in Task Force Investigation, certain Resonia such as Tag Assist Resonia can enable any Agent to initiate Aftershocks. In that case, you may feel free to equip this on any Fire Attack Agent you wish.
