Elegant Vanity is a fantastic option for any Support Agent regardless of Attribute, as it can increase the DMG output of all party members. However, it is best equipped on Support Agents that rely on the ATK stat.

Astra is the best character to wield this W-Engine as it is her signature weapon, but Agents such as Soukaku and Lucy can also take full advantage of it!
