Upgrade: Witch's Empathy is a Trust Commission for Grace. This is the first trust rank-up for Grace, and she'll become Friendly after completing this quest.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Grace Howard Trust Event and Best Answers
Build trust with Grace by doing trust commissions and trust events until you reach near the Friendly rank. You'll receive a DM from her to start this quest.
After getting the commission, you can meet Grace in front of Random Play to start the commission. Watch through the cutscene to complete the commission.
As this commission is mostly done through cutscenes and is guaranteed to increase trust rank, your dialogue choices won't matter.
After completing the Upgrade: Witch's Empathy Trust Commission, Grace's Trust rank will become Friendly.
