How to Unlock Barrier

Unlocked Through Raising Arte Proficiency

Tales of Arise - Status Menu and Proficiencies

Barrier can be acquired for Dohalim if the player can Increase Recovery arte proficiency to 300.

To check a character's proficiencies, open up the in-game menu and press on the status button to see the proficiencies of each individual character.
