Unlocked Through Raising Arte Proficiency

Tales of Arise - Status Menu and Proficiencies

Lunar Arc can be acquired for Kisara if the player can Increase Power Strike arte proficiency to at least 700.

To check a character's proficiencies, open up the in-game menu and press on the status button to see the proficiencies of each individual character.
