After clearing Castle Dimitrescu and returning to the village, a house near the Maiden of War statue will now be open. Inspect the fireplace to find Vivianite.

On a Gravestone in Potter's Field After House Beneviento

You can get Vivianite off of a gravestone in Potter's Field, but only after you beat House Beneviento. The same goes for a nearby gravestone with a Large Crystal on it.

The Staircase of the Stronghold

After you enter the Stronghold and reach the first save point, check the side of the spiral staircase leading up to find more Vivianite.

Behind a Breakable Wall After the Drill Room in Heisenberg's Factory

After crawling through the vent of the room with the giant drill in Heisenberg's Factory, go down the ladder and there will be a breakable wall. Use a pipe bomb on it to find: Yellow Quartz x1, Large Crystals x2, and Vivianite x1.
