The Treasure Map is found on the table when you reach the Attic of Castle Dimitrescu.
The Treasure Map reveals the approximate location of the Azure Eye, a hidden treasure in the Special Chambers of Castle Dimitrescu. As a reminder, this is near the dungeon area where you were being chased by Bela. You will need the Iron Insignia Key from the piano in the Opera Hall to enter the Special Chambers.
