Go to Turbo where you will see Anton and Enzo fighting outside. Anton will ask Enzo to help his bro but he doesn't want to. Your goal here is to mediate between the two.
Watch the dialogue between Anton and Enzo where you help Anton plead to fix his bro to Enzo. It turns out his bro is actually a jackhammer.
Choose any dialogue to end the commission.
