This build for the Rival-9 centers around enhancing its close-range prowess, letting you kill enemies much quicker than before by increasing its mobility and reducing its recoil.

The DR-6 Handstop and Rival-38E Fire Starter Barrel will buff up your movement speed, as well as letting you aim down your sights quicker after sprinting. This allows you to melt your opponents that you bump into in almost an instant.
