Complete the JAK BFB Classified Sector Challenge

To unlock the JAK BFB muzzle attachment, you will need to get 10 Operator or Special Zombie Kills while Aiming Down Sights with SMGs. This Unlock Challenge can be viewed via the Classified Sector (A21) of the Season 1 Battle Pass.

Gunsmith Unlock Text is Currently Bugged

Players checking the unlock condition for the JAK BFB via the gunsmith will encounter a bug where missing or incorrect unlock text displays instead of the actual challenge. As of writing, the correct unlock condition can only be viewed in the Classified Sector (A21) of the Battle Pass.

How to Use JAK BFB

Reduces Recoil by 60%

The JAK BFB drastically improves gun control by reducing recoil gun kick by 60%, horizontal recoil by 20%, and vertical recoil by 40%.

Simply stick this muzzle onto compatible guns via the Gunsmith and bring it into any match to see a huge improvement on accuracy, especially for fully automatic guns.

Best Used on SMGs

One of the best uses for the JAK BFB is to attach it to SMGs, which commonly suffer from high recoil. The WSP Swarm is a perfect example, as it has very low recoil control. Adding the JAK BFB will make it a beast in short to medium range fights.

Pair With the DR-6 Handstop

The DR-6 Handstop is an underbarrel attachment, which negates some of the penalties to ADS speed and sprint to fire speed given by the JAK BFB.

How to Unlock DR-6 Handstop Attachment

Increases Discoverability on Radar

The downside to equipping the JAK BFB is increased discoverability; you will appear as a red dot on enemy radars for much longer, giving enemies a better read on your location. Keep in mind that this attachment is not for the stealthy.
