Find a fast vehicle like a motorcycle or ATV. There is an ATV a little north of the highway signs, off to the side of the road.
Then, head under the sign at the indicated spot, which is at the easternmost curve of the highway. When you hear an evil laugh, drive south quickly and pass under the next sign.

The Quick Revive is purchasable from the Quick Revive Perk Machine for 2,000 Essence. These Perk Machines are marked by these shield-shaped icons on the Tac Map. However, their locations vary, as they are randomly chosen from a pool of Perk Machine spots in each match.
You can craft a Quick Revive Can if you have its crafting schematics. Go to your loadout menu and hover to your backpack and select Add Item, then go to Schematic Crafting to find the Quick Revive Can under Perk-a-Colas.
Do note that there is a cooldown upon crafting, however the upside for this is that they are free to craft and have no additional cost.
How to Get All Crafting Schematics
Completing a contract can give you a Quick Revive Can or a Quick Revive Schematic as rewards from the reward rift. The rewards for these are random, so you're not always guaranteed that you will get a can or a schematic each time you finish a contract.
The Quick Revive can be found randomly inside Loot Caches. It is extremely rare to find, and it can be difficult to locate one using this method. However, you will be able to save 2,000 Essence compared to buying it from the Perk Machine.
Quick Revive reduces the time it takes to revive your allies by 50%. Reviving downed players is achieved by getting close and interacting with them. Hold the interact button to gradually fill up their health bar.
Upon drinking the Quick Revive Can, the Quick Revive Perk immediately reduces your health regeneration delay time by 50%. This means that you regenerate health much quicker after receiving damage.
