Getting kills with 1 Magazine requires you to eliminate a number of enemy players before reloading your gun. Some challenges will require you to kill a set amount of players with just a single magazine so its best to do with weapons that have a high magazine capacity.

Kill Other Players and Conserve Ammo

To get Kills with 1 Magazine quickly, participate in any multiplayer game mode like Free-for-All or Domination. Use high-capacity magazine weapons or attachments whenever available, and conserve ammo by shooting only when you need to and going for headshots.

Can You Get Kills with 1 Magazine in Private Matches?

You Can't Progress Any Challenges in Private Matches

Kills with 1 Magazine don't count in Private or Custom Matches in Black Ops 6 even when playing against real-life players and not bots. You will have to play public matches in Multiplayer to get valid Kills with 1 Magazine.
