| Location | After obtaining the Crank, go to the drawbridge to the right of the Lone Road. Cross the drawbridge and sail north. After docking, you will find another drawbridge you can cross. Go to the well behind the house straight ahead, and use the Well Wheel. Go down the well and solve the puzzle to get the Large Pigeon Blood Ruby. |

Getting to the Large Pigeon Blood Ruby will require you to lower the drawbridge at the Lone Road with the Crank and use the boat in the river to head north of the river. You will find another bridge you can cross and a house you encountered after defeating Dimitrescu. Head behind it to find a well and use the Well Wheel. Go down the well and solve the puzzle to get to the treasure.
