The second Winged Key is found in the house with the red chimney that the Duke tells you to seek out after Castle Dimitrescu. Combining it your first Winged Key will produce the Four-Winged Key.

To get there, you will need the Jack Handle to elevate the tractor blocking your path.

Four-Winged Key Use

The Four-Winged Key alone can be used to unlock gates with the Four-Winged Insignia on it, namely, the gate leading to House Beneviento from the Altar where the Duke is located.

It can also be combined with the Unborn Key to form the Four-Winged Unborn Key and another Winged Key to form the Six-Winged Unborn Key.
