After returning to the village from Castle Dimitrescu, you can find chickens South of the Fallow Plot.

House with Red Chimney

After returning to the village from Castle Dimitrescu, on your way to the house with the red chimney chickens will be found before the ladder.

Church Graveyard

After acquiring the Iron Insignia Key, open the Church Graveyard to find chickens inside. A Goat of Warding can also be found inside.

After House Beneviento

After beating House Benevento you can access the East of Old Town area. Chickens will spawn just to the side of a building you pass when first entering the area.
