The Mask of Sorrow can be picked up from the Hall of Sorrow. The Hall of Sorrow is located in B2 of Castle Dimitrescu.
After escaping Lady Dimitrescu in the Dungeon, the Mask of Sorrow is located at the last room down the hall.
